Bangladeshi Community in Ingolstadt Cultural Program 2025

Dear beloved Brothers and Sisters, today we had a meeting for the upcoming Ingolstadt-Bangladeshi Community Cultural Program 2025. Many may not have been able to attend due to personal reasons, so here is the summary:

• Last Event (2022): Were two parts (Food & Cultural event), both organized separately. Everyone participated in cultural activities.*
• This Year (2025) Plan: Proposed same two-part structure. If you have any idea or suggestions please let us know.
• We are looking for a hall to host the event, if anyone knows or has heard of a hall, please let us know(We already know about 1). We will talk to the hall authorities and let you know about the possible dates. But it will definitely be held in May(Sunday).
• Contributions: Students contribute 10 euros each. Remaining costs will be covered by job-holder brothers.
• Volunteers needed for organizing Food and Cultural sections. Hope each of you show some interest.

We’ll:

• Share a Google form link for confirming the participation.
• Conduct a poll for date selection after hall confirmation.
• Arrange next meeting for detailed planning.
